Definitely a must-have. I specifically went for the green chile cheese burger, and my expectations were truly met. The green chile was HOT fair warning the patties were hearty, and most of all it wasn't greasy and that is huge for me. They are busy so I suggest calling ahead to avoid waiting. When my stomach recovers, I'll be back for another!

Great shack not far off the main road where Long John Silver used to be, LOL. Crunchy veggie "tacos dorados" with avocado. Simple but amazing. Always stop here whenever possible. The salsas are amazing.

I recently returned home after 10 years, and my first stop was this hidden gem. It holds a special place in my heart, as it was the first destination before I visited the campo santo and headed to Chimayo to see my beloved Nana. I've always had nothing but positive experiences here, whether with the friendly staff or the fellow patrons in line, even when the wait can be lengthy! The food is consistently outstanding—every bite brings back memories of home. I am truly grateful that, despite the changes I've noticed around town, some of the best things remain unchanged. I wholeheartedly recommend this place; it fills both my heart and my belly!

My favorite place to eat. Great food, excellent service and nice picnic tables under the trees if you want to eat right away. El Parasol is often busy, so call ahead if you are in a rush.

Recommended by my host as the best place to eat. Always busy with locals and visitors. Affordable, high-quality food. Take out only, order, quick wait, eat by shaded picnic table. Ample parking. Calabacita burrito special means super hot chillies FYI. I loved their vegetable taco, no cheese, add guacamole. Delish. Must must have their fresh made watermelon juice. So yum! Went back again. Next to their restaurant which I never tried.

Awesome place, I’ve been here a few times over the last few years when traveling through the area. Burritos are incredible and the salsa is SUPER hot. I enjoy spicy food and even still I can only eat a few chips in a row dunked in salsa before I have to stop.
